Man(!) do I love any opportunity to answer questions when I’m asked for business direction. It’s all about helping someone get that next-step clarity.

On that beautiful saturday afternoon, here I was at Credo Coffee smiling as I was asked the following questions that I was eager to answer.

To put it into context, I was spending time with someone who felt has a gift and want to offer it to the world. She wanted to avoid working with people 1:1 and work with groups. The big question was how could she do it? How could she do it in a way that:

  • Makes a difference?
  • Is affordable to people?

It is natural to wonder, as she did, what would someone feel comfortable paying. She also mentioned how important it was for her that people walk away with practical information and strategies on hand.

As she was wondering about how to go about it, my recommendations were to first think about the kind of person she is and her desired lifestyle. Thinking about this would be important because it could determine whether she’d offer an in-person group experience or a virtual one. She opted for the in-person option because of her smart recognition for the need that people still have a desire for close and face-to-face experiences.

Additionally, she envisioned an intimate experience where people could have a chance to interact with one another and create meaningful relationships.

The other thing that I invited her to consider was the three possible types of clients out there. The one who prefers:

– The DIY (Do-it-Yourself) option and thus would prefer an online group program of sort.

– Attending events in-person because they love the certain energy that this kind of platform provides.

– To outsource the outcome of what is offered in the workshop. As much as they would appreciate the workshop content, they either don’t have the time for it, don’t want to spend the time on it, they much rather hire a professional/agency to help them with their needs.

As it became clear to her which way she wanted to go, we were able to settle on:

An intimate hands-on and interactive workshop where space will be create for shared strategies and information among peers. This workshop would only seat 8.

Et Voila! You gotta love when you can help someone get to that place of clarity. And this is what I love doing during my Clarity Sessions.

Now I have a question for you. What is an idea that you recently struggled and managed to get the needed clarity so you could move forward and make it a reality? What steps did you take?

If you find yourself feeling that you have gift and are wondering how to share it with the world, scheduling a Clarity Session might be just what you need. See what it can do for you here and I look forward to hearing from you!

Who do you know who feels that they have a gift and are wondering how to share it with the world? Share this post with them.

Here to help you live your purpose,
